April 22, 2014

Copper Mountain snowboardingIt's not every year that you can ski nearly into May at Copper Mountain, but this year's abundant snowfall has spurred the resort to once again open for a bonus weekend, April 25-27.

During the upcoming extended weekend Copper Mountain will open American Flyer, Sierra, Celebrity Ridge, and Timberline lifts each day from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Skier services including food and beverage rental and retail options will be limited to Center Village. All parking throughout Copper Mountain Resort will be complimentary throughout the weekend.

Overnight accommodations will not be available during the extended weekend through Copper Mountain Lodging, so check our rentals page to find the best deal for slopeside lodging during the encore weekend.

The resort will honor all season passes and will offer Snow Day passholders a great deal ($40) on day tickets if it's not an "official" snow day with four or more inches of fresh powder. If you have a season pass from another area, you'll qualify for a $59 day ticket

If guests have a 2013/2014 seasons pass to another ski area, they will receive a discounted lift ticket for only $59 when showed at the lift ticket window. For more information visit www.coppercolorado.com/ExtendedSeason.
