Copper Mountain media labCOPPER MOUNTAIN — Grabbing some video of those epic powder days and burly shred sessions in the terrain park at Copper Mountain is one thing, but creating a video masterpiece of your adventures takes a little more effort. The resort's new digital media lab is just the place to edit your shots and post them to YouTube in plenty of time to relive the action during happy hour.

The lab, which opened President's Day weekend, is located in a revamped bus trailer parked right at the edge of the Burning Stones Plaza, in the heart of Copper's Center Village. Services include GoPro rentals if you don't have a video camera of your own. The lab builds on Woodward at Copper's popular digital media camps and features daily drop-in sessions ($29 for two hours, $59 all day).

GoPro rentals are $29 per day, and you get 50 percent off the price of some daily sessions with a rental.

If you've never edited video before, don't worry. Woodward at Copper videographers are available to help with programs like  Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Motion, After effects, iDVD.

The lab is also the base for a variety of programs, including video shoots with professional photographers and video production sessions. Details on times, dates and prices are online at the digital media lab website.
