Be Bear Aware in Colorado!
Now's the time for high country residents and visitors to take precautions to prevent conflicts with bears, which usually end badly for the animals. If bears are too habituated to human food sources, they often have to be killed by wildlife managers. Just in the past few weeks, Colorado Parks and Wildlife has had numerous reports of bear conflicts all over the state.
